SoilCore, Inc. is a Michigan based corporation (sub-chapter S) founded July 1998, specializing in invention and manufacturing of soil-sampling devices.

The two principals of SoilCore have over thirty years of combined experience in the environmental industry.

SoilCore, Inc. was founded in response to the U.S. EPA regulation change in collecting soil samples for the purpose of analyzing for volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Based on the new regulation soil samples can not simply be placed in a jar and sent to the laboratory for analysis any more. The regulations require the use of fluid preservation or use of a sampling device that does not allow VOCs to volatilize.
